Rise Together is accepting applications for Marin County Leadership for Equity & Opportunity (LEO) Program, Cohort 2. Join over 150 Marin community leaders of all levels in creating the results you want to see for equitable and sustainable change. This program is tuition FREE for Marin County change makers through a generous grant from the Buck Family Fund of the Marin Community Foundation!

November 5-7  |  January 22-24  |   February 25-27

The program is designed and facilitated by Dr. Monica Sharma, former Director of Leadership & Capacity Development for the United Nations and award-winning author of Radical Transformational Leadership: Strategic Actions for Change Agents. LEO builds the capacity of leaders to create equitable and sustainable change using cutting edge transformative leadership and value based project design principles. It is appropriate for a diverse group of participants representing multiple sectors, levels of leadership and roles with the common goal of equity and results in Marin County communities.

The program will be offered in English and Spanish through simultaneous translation, and all materials will be available in English and Spanish.
